International Prepaid SIM Card – 3 Reasons You Need to Get One

Posted in Sim Cards by Admin on February 19, 2012 No Comments yet

I like to travel generally at least once per year. When I say travel I mean travel overseas. Going forward I will be travelling overseas more both for business and for pleasure. As a regular traveller when I say this I know what I am talking about – you need an international prepaid SIM card. you won’t regret it. in fact, you will regret it greatly if you don’t get a SIM card. whatever you do, make sure you don’t use your home mobile phone. It can only end in tears.

Here are three reasons you need to get yourself an international prepaid SIM card.

You’ll save a fortune- If you take your home mobile phone with you when you are travelling it is very expensive to make and receive calls. I know that with Australian carriers it can cost $6 a minute or more to make and receive calls in many countries. With an International SIM you won’t have this problem. Outgoing calls are a fraction of the cost and in most countries you will not pay to receive calls.

You won’t suffer from an unfortunate bill shock- As someone who works in the telecommunications industry I am very experienced at seeing people who have suffered from bill shock. These are people who take their home mobile phone with them and use it whilst they are travelling. Now, these people may understand that roaming charges are expensive but they still use their phone. They think that they are only using it a little bit but then they get home and get a bill for thousands of dollars. this can cause many issues and hours of frustration.

It is easy for people to contact you whilst you are travelling- With an international SIM card you also have the option for letting people contact you easily whilst travelling. you only have the one phone number and it won’t cost you much for incoming calls (in most countries there will be no incoming call costs.) you will be contactable at all times and people won’t struggle to find you.

An international prepaid SIM card is a great investment for you and your business and I think that it is viral. It means that you get to keep your money in your pocket, you know exactly how much money you are spending and you can always be in contact with people back home. Make your purchase today

My Sims Kingdom – A Game Review

Posted in Sim Cards by Admin on September 22, 2011 No Comments yet

This review is about playing my sims kingdom on Nintendo Wii. I have played the earlier versions like The Sims, The Sims 2 including some of the expansion packs but my Sims kingdom is altogether a new experience. I am optimistic that after reading this review you would be in a better position to make up your mind about buying my Sims kingdom or otherwise.

The story for the my Sims kingdom goes like, once there was a huge kingdom over different lands having different Sims. King Roland, a wise king ruled over all the lands. he was a wise and kind hearted king and in order to protect his subjects the king ordered the wizard to make scepters using its magical powers. Wandoliers are the ones who wielded the scepter and kept the Sims happy and the kingdom working well.

And there came a time when all of the Wandoliers moved away or retired and the Sims kingdom falls into disrepair making the Sims unhappy and gloomy. King Roland takes notice of the prevailing situation and is therefore going to pick a new Wandolier today. Now who will be next? this is the question

My Sims kingdom is an improved game and takes precedence over the other versions that I have played. No long pauses between actions and looks nice and also moves effortlessly in & out of build mode. Until you have completed about two hours of game play you are limited in your actions and have only a few choices. when you go a level up new islands and options are revealed, the story line is pretty straight forward in the beginning.

Once you have leveled up you will find new tasks available on the islands you previously visited. when you build an island in these islands are visually attractive infested by some rather funny characteristics and these islands also have difficult puzzle challenges. it involves quite a bit of reading and throughout the game, which reminds that parents are advised when buying The Sims Kingdom for very young children. it will appeal to a lot of viewers including adults and children as it involves good humor throughout.

There are different gaming modes for it including the regular mode which is also called the default mode in which you can walk around to explore and talk with other Sims. There is another mode called the prospecting mode where you can walk and do some treasure finding in order to search for essence, assorted treasure and Mana. You can create and move just about anything in creation mode build bridges, houses, outdoor blocks, gears, axles, blocks, fences, islands and many other things. A wand is also placed in The Sims Kingdom which you can use to invent anything you would like inside the game.

Examining Vodafone SIM Only Deals

Posted in Sim Cards by Admin on September 15, 2011 No Comments yet

Being the most well-known UK network, Vodafone were one of the first available and today they are still growing. with many different deals on offer, they have one of the best UK 3G coverages and without doubt provide the best signal in the country. just as mobile usage is evolving, Vodafone are without doubt moving with the times and one of the areas in which they’ve added to their offerings has been the development of Vodafone SIM only tariffs which are currently proving amazingly popular.

Many people already have a good handset, maybe even a Blackberry or an iPhone, and don’t want the hassle and expense of a new phone just yet. Vodafone offer SIM only deals with rolling 30 day contracts so that if you do break or loose your old phone you can easily go out and get a new one with a more expensive longer running contract. But why do it until you need to, SIM only deals are on average 20 a month cheaper for the same minutes, texts and data so why throw your money away?

Why are they cheaper? Because a new smart phone costs about 400 and the networks build this cost into your monthly payment and tie you in for 18 or 24 months to get their money back. By keeping your old handset and getting a SIM only deal you can save a fortune.

Vodafone SIM only contracts have been about for some time, and they also provide many of the usual extras you’d expect of a top quality regular monthly plan, except with no pricey mobile which makes providers raise monthly fees along with contract lengths. the good thing about Vodafone SIM only deals are that they are offered on as little as a 30 day rolling contract, and they’re remarkably excellent value for money.

Matched against Orange, T-mobile and O2 along with the alternative main rivals inside the SIM only market, Vodafone without doubt have the lion’s share of the marketplace simply due to the fact they have such a great array of flexible packages available.

Taking into account what is on offer, there are now a good number of financial savings to be enjoyed simply by switching over from Pay Monthly or even Pay as You go to a 30 day agreement. if you’re on Pay Monthly, you’ll find that a Vodafone SIM only deal has a much shorter contract time and for the comparable amount of money a month, you will enjoy increased talk time and additional SMS. In actual fact, they actually offer various bundles with unlimited text messages each month, which is normally only available with more expensive 18 and 24 month new phone contracts.

It is in areas like this where the Vodafone SIM only contracts really do stand out because the plans they’ve got available include several impressive bonuses. as an example: for only 20 a month, you can actually benefit from up to 900 minutes cross provider talk time together with unlimited SMS text messages and depending on how you purchase, even unlimited data at the moment you can also get a free PAYG mobile internet dongle with your purchase. In comparison to a traditional monthly contract, people could save a small fortune.

Vodafone actually have numerous offers available, and when examining the Vodafone SIM only offerings, you really must take care to make sure you find the most recent offers and features. the best are only on the market only a few months, and they have a practice of listing ordinary more expensive plans together with their special offers. consequently, research and compare everything so you don’t purchase a new three hundred minute SIM only package at 20 only to find out that there’s a 600 minute SIM only plan for the same cost.
