I'm going to Turku Finland in July. Does anyone know where I can get an international sim card?
I want to get my cell phone unlocked and just purchase a sim. Would it be better to purchase a cell that's already unlocked?
You can buy a prepaid sim card in Finland. the usually cost around 10-15 euros, and include calling time for about 10 euros.
At least DNA and Saunalahti prepaid sim cards allow you to make international calls.
You need to have an unlocked phone to use to prepaid sim card. the cheapest (used) phones in Finland cost around 10-20 euros. Cheapest new phones are around 49 euros.
