Advertise Through Mobile Ads

App markets are free in the sense that they are usually pre-loaded on mobile phones and other devices, but there is no such thing as a free app market or an app market that only offers applications which are free. there are several app markets, each offering tens of thousands of applications, free and paid ones alike. you may not be so lucky in finding a free app market, but there are more than enough free applications available from Android’s Google Play, Apple’s App Store, among others.

Dropbox, for example, is a free application from Google Play, which is not a free app market. This application allows the user to access as well as transfer files from any computer, as long as it also has Dropbox installed in it. Dropbox is also available to those who have either an iPad or an iPhone.

Another example of a free application that did not come from a free app market would be Triplt. it is from Apple’s app store and works as an organizer on your iPhone for all of the travels that you plan to do, whether it be a business a trip or one for leisure. with this application, it will no longer be necessary to remember important details such as reservations.

Guidelines for mobile ads have been the focus of both the Mobile Marketing Association and the Interactive Advertising Bureau, but they are struggling to keep these guidelines up-to-date because of the frequent changes, brought about by its extremely speedy growth.

Mobile ads are an efficient way of promoting one’s business. not only is it easily done, it can reach a large number of people in just a matter of moments, and with only a few clicks. all you need is a Wi-Fi-capable mobile phone, a Wi-Fi zone, a good signal, and you’re in business. doing it by sending text messages, photos, and videos to grouped mobile contacts is a popular method, although with Facebook applications readily available in many mobile phones, it is much simpler to go online, log in to the Facebook account, and post relevant information about the business you’re pursuing. Tagging people on Facebook can also help get their attention, especially if they tend to ignore the things that they see on the News Feeds section.

In some areas, even the mobile phones that do not have a Facebook application can still have access to it via text message. the user just needs to follow a few commands, and then he or she can update his or her status, or send private messages to friends. it may not be the most efficient way to make mobile ads, but for a mobile phone with very few features, that’s plenty. if that’s enough, then you can you can also put your mobile ads on Twitter, which, like Facebook, can be accessed using a Wi-Fi-capable mobile phone.

The World Is Calling – Global Communication That Doesn’t Break The Bank

Posted in payphones by Admin on April 1, 2012 No Comments yet

When Alexander Graham Bell first registered his patent for the telephone in 1876, nobody could have guessed the scale in which it would eventually revolutionise the way people communicate. Indeed, in the 21st century it’s difficult to imagine life without the trusty telephone, especially now that the majority of people in the western world now have their own mobile phone.

The ubiquity of the mobile phone in modern society has led to a decline in the use of the traditional home phone, as costs have come down significantly in recent years. furthermore, many networks now offer special roaming features when travelling to certain countries, meaning any calls made whilst in that country are charged in exactly the same way as the country of origin.

But mobile phones are still, in general, more expensive when it comes to calling abroad and tariffs can vary greatly between network operators. furthermore, through the widespread use of the internet, many people are required to retain a telephone socket in their home as a means to connect to the world-wide web, which may help to explain why landlines still have at least some part to play in the communication world, despite their obvious decline in use for their originally intended purpose.

Many people now choose to send an email instead of writing a letter, largely because it’s free and more convenient. and whereas people once engaged in conversations remotely via telephone, more and more people are using online instant messaging services as it’s also free and it enables people to be far more casual. it still allows people to communicate in real-time, but they can come and go as they please, picking up the conversation again minutes later and even invite other people to enter the conversation, much in the same way as a real conversation would work.

But there are still many situations that require the immediacy and intimacy of verbal dialogue, whether it is for business or to speak with a loved-one on the other side of the world. This is where internet telephony services come in. Commonly referred to as VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), this allows people to speak through the internet using downloaded software and has proved particularly popular with people wishing to communicate with other parts of the world at a fraction of the cost of using a landline or a mobile.

But so many people these days rely on portability and being able to communicate on the move, anywhere, anytime. for this, many use an international calling card, which is prepaid and can be used from most public payphones and mobile phones. and then there is the Skype to go number [skype.com/intl/en-gb/products/skypetogo/] which is available for Skype Pro subscribers on mobile phones and enables international calls at local rates.

So, there are many options open to people wishing to communicate in real time with any other part of the world, whether it’s instant messaging on the World Wide Web, or internet telephony. and as with most modern technology, portability is still a key factor for many people, as they look to communicate with the global community anywhere, anytime without burning a whole in their pocket.

Jupiter Jack – The Affordable Hands Free Cell Phone Solution

Posted in Mobile Phone Fascias by Admin on March 18, 2012 No Comments yet

Many states and locales are adopting strict laws to eliminate the ever growing distraction of mobile phones. It appears that the time is fast approaching where using the cell phone while driving will be a prohibited activity. The only mobile communication device immune from these emerging laws is the hands free cell phone. These gadgets enable you to still enjoy the use of your mobile phone while keeping both hands on the wheel. They have proven to be an invaluable addition to the cell phone age as they help to eliminate extra distractions while on the road.

From workplace to vehicular accidents the cause can usually be attributed to one factor- over Confidence. unfortunately, as with most things, when an activity becomes second nature we are willing to compromise our focus. Our over confidence allows us to personally justify our inattentiveness as we believe that we have attained the status of perfection and can avoid any problems which may arise. this is not the case. As a driver, it is our responsibility to ensure the safety of others and ourselves. this task cannot be accomplished if we allow ourselves to be diverted by needless distractions.

Driving, in itself, is a risky venture as we are not only responsible for our own actions but must also be actively monitoring the drivers around us. there are many unexpected events which we could encounter on the roadway. Situations that are unfamiliar to us and which we have yet to encounter need our full attention because we literally have seconds in responding to these circumstances. For instance, if a driver veers in our path we need to be alert and able to quickly respond.

Allowing ourselves to be distracted by cell phones decreases our reaction time and increases our risk of a collision by four times over that of a focused driver. Matter in fact, 80% of all crashes are directly related to inattentiveness. It is impossible to remain vigilant and in complete control of our vehicle when one of our hands are assigned the task of holding our cell phone. I am not advocating that we completely remove cell phone use from the driving equation as this would be impractical because cell phones have introduced a level of convenience never experienced before. But, as drivers, we do have the responsibility of removing needless distraction if it is within our power to do so. Being proactive may very well save the life of the next child who darts out in front of us or the child seated behind us.

It is this understanding that has enabled hands free cell phone devices to be exempt from cell phone laws and regulations. They enable the driver to have a phone conversation within their vehicle while still having both hands on the wheel. They have proven to be a great asset. unfortunately, in these hard economic times, hands free cell phone devices are quite expensive and many of us cannot afford them. Nonetheless, the trend clearly shows that they will soon be mandatory if you want to continue having phone conversations while driving. With that said, there is an affordable solution to obtaining a hands free device for your vehicle and it is called the Jupiter Jack.

The Jupiter Jack is a cell phone accessory which plugs into the headphone port of your cell phone. once plugged in it broadcasts your conversation on 99.3FM of your radio. It also comes with a cell phone holder which effortlessly mounts to your car. How can you go wrong for $20 Basically, you just preset 99.3FM into your car radio and at the push of a button you have an instant hands free cell phone device for the fraction of the price. Jupiter Jack is the affordable solution to remaining legal and preserving the safety of your family and the public.

Parrot Hands-Free Kit

Posted in Bluetooth Accessories by Admin on January 7, 2012 No Comments yet

A Parrot hands-free kit? what, you may ask, is a Parrot hands-free kit? Simply put, it is a Bluetooth-capable kit that can be installed in your vehicle to allow for hands-free telephone communication while driving. because of the number of car accidents caused each year due to distracted driving involving mobile phones; it is now against the law in the United Kingdom to use your mobile phone whilst driving.

However, the benefit of this kit is that it is literally installed into your vehicle and automatically connects with your mobile phone upon starting the engine. It connects via Bluetooth capabilities in a way that avoids messing with a headset or a long, overly obnoxious, microphone wire hanging from an earpiece that you usually end up having to hold with one hand anyways so that the other party can hear you when you talk. I never understood how that could be considered hands-free when you’re using the same number of hands you would be using if you were holding the phone itself.

As I was browsing the web and checking my options, I noticed that the Parrot hands-free kit comes in a wide variety of different models. for the average, everyday user, there’s just a plain old run-of-the-mill standard kit made solely for telephone calls. It is compact and I really like the small design because I imagine it would probably compliment just about any vehicle interior. of course, let’s not forget the fact that it has a voice recognition feature to truly make your phone a hands-free device. you speak a name and tell it to call and, Voila, instant phone call. It doesn’t get much simpler than that now does it?

Another option I’m pretty impressed with in regards to the different models is the Parrot hands-free kits that are compatible with iPods and iPhones (although they will work with any MP3 player, SDMMC or USB device as well). The main difference with these models, obviously, would be the music. Select the music you want to hear and it’s played through your vehicle’s speaker system for maximum quality.

Another great feature about this system is that upon receiving phone calls, it will drown out background and interior vehicle noise, including the music, this gives you optimal phone call quality. Not to mention that the phone calls also play over the vehicle’s speaker system. I’m thinking I could definitely find a use for one of these kits

Greenheart on the Sony Ericsson Mini – Making the Handset Eco-Friendly

Posted in sony Ericsson Accessories by Admin on January 3, 2012 No Comments yet

These days, the consumer is more aware of how the products they buy affect the environment. They stay clear from products that are made from hazardous materials. They look for products that can be recycled when they can no longer be used. When it comes to mobile phones, past models were made from hazardous materials and were not recyclable. this will not be the case with the Sony Ericsson Mini as well as its pro version. They now practice Greenheart concepts in manufacturing.

With the XPERIA Mini and Mini Pro, their eco-friendly qualities start with the packaging. They both offer eco-smart packaging. first of all, the boxes they are packed in are intentionally shrunken down to size. They are smaller and lighter. Since they are lighter and smaller, it will lower the cost of shipping and transport. By decreasing the total weight and size, transportation will also reduce the cost of transportation. this will result in spending less on natural resources when it comes to shipping and transport.

Secondly, since the boxes are shrunken down to size, this means that the packaging uses less paper as a material. this means that there are fewer trees cut down, since trees are needed for paper. Lastly, the boxes used in packaging are recyclable. this means it can be used for future use.

The Sony Ericsson Mini comes packed with an accessory that is friendly to the environment. It comes with eco-friendly headsets. These earphones are partly made from recyclable materials. With these plastic materials, you will be happy to know that the environment will be free of non-biodegradable materials.

This new addition to the SE’s XPERIA series comes with a Greenheart charger. this charger complies with the Energy Star level 5 standard. Aside from this compliance, the Sony Ericsson Mini comes with a standby power loss of below 30mW. this simply means that the smartphone’s charger consumes less energy. Charging the battery will no longer cost as much.

When getting a new smartphone, it is always important to consult the phone’s owner’s manual to get to know the handset even better. However, we all know that instruction manuals require the use of paper that equates to more trees cut down. With this new handset by SE, you will have a clear conscience. It comes with an E-manual that does not require the use of paper. if you’re looking for the phone’s owner’s manual, all you have to do is log on to the SE website.

With the Sony Ericsson Mini, you will never have to worry about harming the environment.

Sony Ericsson W890i Vs Sony Ericsson W910i

Posted in batteries For Sony Ericsson by Admin on December 25, 2011 No Comments yet

Nothing is more difficult than trying to choose between two excellent mobile phones that both sound absolutely brilliant. Such is the case with the Sony Ericsson W890i and Sony Ericsson W910i. As both of these mobile phones from Sony Ericsson are Walkman phones, the primary focus that they share in common is that of the media player and everything that falls beneath it.

Both of these phones bear unique distinctions in their own way. for instance, the Sony Ericsson W890i is built upon the success of its predecessor, the W880i. With a few upgraded features and a lot of corrections made based on user input concerning the W880i, Sony Ericsson managed to craft into existence and mobile phone to be proud of. On the other hand, the Sony Ericsson W910i is rather different, and does not base itself on anything apart from its own two feet, figuratively speaking.

Comparing the Features of the Sony Ericsson W890i and Sony Ericsson W910i

Most visible in terms of the differences in features is the fact that, for starters, the Sony Ericsson W890i is a candy bar type phone whereas the Sony Ericsson W910i is a slider phone. Both designs have their merits and shortcomings, and appeal to various types of people depending on preference.

One thing that is affected by the difference in mobile phone type however is that of the display screen. By taking advantage of the sliding feature, the Sony Ericsson W910i is able to fit in a 2.4 inch screen of TFT LCD type with 264,144 colours. of course, the Sony Ericsson W890i offers the same, although it is not an LCD, and is only 2 inches worth of display. Such shortcomings could be ignored; however a big screen size is a pretty big advantage.

In terms of camera quality, the Sony Ericsson W890i is a clear winner. Both models do not have autofocus, or really many camera enhancing features which is normal considering that they in the Walkman instead of Cybershot line. what the W890i does have when compared to the W910i is a 3.2 megapixel camera, against the 2.0 megapixel that the latter model sports. in terms of sheer photographic power, this represents a pretty big difference, and is not easily reconciled for any who intend to use the camera for capturing good quality images.

Finally, internal storage on the Sony Ericsson W910i is slightly better with 35 MB available as opposed to 26 MB. Both models support the Memory Stick Micro however, so a difference of 9 MB does pale in comparison to the 2 GB memory that can be added on.

Very little separates both these mobile phones really. While the W910i has the better screen and slightly more storage, the W890i has instead a much better camera. Ultimately, it may just be the type of phone, i.e. slider or candy bar, which distinguishes one from the other. As mobile media platforms however, both models offer high quality media playback that would be the biggest reason for any user to purchase a unit.
